Two professionals, who each have 25 & 28 years of industry experience, manage the company. Each member of the management team has made an equity contribution of between $50-75 thousand dollars to fund a portion of the start-up costs. A staff of 6 handles the administration of the business.
David Newgaard, President & CEO, has 27 years of HVAC experience in the areas of project management, estimating, installation, fabrication, business development and technology. He has demonstrated his leadership by handling the growth of the company from its inception to where the company is today. David held key positions with Comfort Systems USA for three years and prior to Comfort Systems, with only one other company in Arizona for 19 years. David is responsible for developing and maintaining the vision of the company, as well as overseeing all aspects of the business. He will seek out strategic alliances with other companies and/or vendors, establish policies and business goals, to increase profitability and maximize the return on our customers’ investments if possible. Most of David’s experience comes from the construction in the industrial mechanical portion with current work taking place @ Boeing and Honeywell Engine Systems and Services. David’s experience includes 12 years of project management within the Motorola plant in Tempe with numerous projects including clean-room installations to chiller plant construction.
Steve Dyal, Vice President & Operations, has spent his entire career (28 years) working in servicing and installing plumbing, HVAC systems and research and development of new technology. He has participated in perfecting many of the latest advances in Plumbing and HVAC equipment and systems. Steve worked for Hutchinson Inc. for thirteen years in the New Jersey area before moving to Arizona in 1994 and working for Comfort System USA until the year 2000.
